This is a 6-storey high building development along Chin Bee Avenue. The development is owned by OJJ Food Pte Ltd for processing, storage and preserving of pork and meat products. The building comprised of a 6-storey of processing area includes chillers and freezers, one single storey of Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) with ancillary offices and other ancillary support spaces.
