This is a single-user purposed built R&D facility for P&G located within the biomedical hub of One-North, Singapore, and comprises of Retail, Office and Laboratory spaces.

Project Highlights
The project obtained the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark “Gold” award, and US LEED “Gold” indicating the sustainability measures that the buildings had implemented to meet criteria for energy efficiency, water efficiency, project development and management, good indoor environmental quality and environmental protection and innovation.
